I wanted to build – and when I say build I mean assemble - a shelf that would be able to hold a few glasses or flutes, maybe a plant?
I saw this extra picture ledge hanging around so I figured I could put a few glasses on that…then I realized why not put a rack on the bottom and double the space?
Next, I bought a rack that was a couple inches shorter than the actual ledge off Amazon and attached it to the bottom of the ledge.
All that was left was to attach it to the wall, and voila – a brand new minimalist shelf to hold a few wine and martini glasses, and a couple of champagne flutes! (best believed I poured myself a glass once this bad boy was up)
What you need
- Picture ledge or some flat corner moulding could work too
- Wire glass rack
- 4 screws - 2 short 2 medium/long
super easy right?
