Couldn't have been more proud of my CLLCTVBOSTON fam, all of our hard work and dedication paid off. If you missed our first event, definitely make sure you come out this time around.

RAMEN MOTHERFUCKING BURGERS PEOPLE.
my cousins and I had the pleasure of going to Ki Bistro to try out the crazy food fad that is the ramen burger. If you've been living in a cave it's essentially just a burger, but instead of a traditional bun, it's got ramen noodles instead!! how cool is that??

(I was also a bit skeptical as well) some of the questions that I had were as follows:

  • how wide is this thing gunna be?
  • do they season the noodles? egg?
  • what kinda beef is this?
  • how is this "bun" staying together?
  • how'd they shape this thing?

overall, I would say if you wanna try this food fad before it dies out, definitely hit up Ki Bistro, I was told that their beef was organic too! you can also get a rice bun, is you think ramen is a little much.

We ordered the banh mi and the stuffed cheesy burger, both with ramen buns of course, the banh mi sandwich, and last but not least the braised pork rice bowl (which was my favorite). My only criticisms would be that the banh mi burger was very one note, not a lot of flavor and the sandwich was definitely the better of the two. The cheesy burger was spot on, but beware when ordering the ramen buns! As they charge .75 for each bun....who knew?
